What is Arachibutyrophobia?

Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

Rational-emotive therapy - This therapy teaches the patient ways of' arguing with himself' to challenge his own stated beliefs.

Self-instructional training - This is based on the use of a series of positive instructions or statements that the person first repeats out loud as a means of confronting phobic fear.

These statements concern various aspects of the phobia such as preparing to confront the feared stimulus, imaginal confrontation, coping with the situation and reinforcement of the person's ability to cope (self-efficacy).
