Suffering from Arrhenphobia?

What is Arrhenphobia?

Arrhenphobia- Fear of men.

A process in which a therapist first demonstrates or 'models' a treatment task while the patient watches. The therapist then assists the patient to accomplish the task himself.

Single-session treatments - An intensive session of graduated exposure lasting for a period of about three hours used as a one-off treatment for specific phobias.

Self-efficacy training and guided mastery - A therapeutic approach that emphasises the gradual acquisition of skills and strategies by the patient while in the phobic situation. Mastering these skills enables the person to realise that he can, in fact, exercise control while confronting the phobic situation.
