Botanophobia - Fear of plants.

Some people fear from plants and trees. This strange type of phobia is known as Botanophobia. The people suffering from Botanophobia feels anxiety and stomach butterflies when they come in contact with any type of plants, whether inside home or outside. The common symptoms include anxiety, restlessness, shortness of breathing, heavy breathing, sweating, nervousness, etc.

The Botanophobia is a fear of plants arising from anything ranging from a horror film or scene from a television. This phobia can be cured by slowly taking the person alongwith to the plants and reassuring them about their fear. Gaining the confidence of the person is important in the treatment of Botanophobia.
