What is Decidophobia ?

Decidophobia- Fear of making decisions.

Walking for Decidophobia

Walking is often overlooked as an activity. A brisk, purposeful walk improves muscle condition, circulation and posture. All that is needed is a good pair of strong shoes and a lightweight, waterproof jacket for wetter days. Anyone walking for the first time should walk for thirty minutes a day and walk fast enough to become a little out of breath.

The walking route should be varied so that it does not consist of flat ground all the time. After a week or two, the walking time can be increased to about forty five minutes. By then, the benefits, such as sleeping better, sharper concentration and feeling more balanced emotionally, should be quite noticeable.
