Bioenergetic therapy for Dinophobia
Bioenergetic therapy is based on the idea that there is a flow of energy between the body and the mind that affects both physical and mental wellbeing. It is thought that psychological problems and emotions such as fear and anxiety affect the person's physical state such as causing muscle tension, poor posture, inefficient breathing, etc.
A series of exercises are practised that include breathing techniques that free the body so that the energy force can flow more naturally and the psychological or emotional problem is eased. Discussion also forms part of the programme.
