Bach Remedies for Dipsophobia
A series of 38 remedies obtained from spring water in which certain flowers have been floated under direct sunlight. Each remedy is said to correspond to a particular mental or emotional state and they can be bought over the counter at health food shops.
The remedies are designed to be used as a self-help measure and the idea is for the patient to honestly appraise his mental state and select the remedies that most nearly correspond to this.
