Ergophobia ? Help for Ergophobia

What is Ergophobia ?

Ergophobia- Fear of work.

Treatment of Ergophobia

Soft background music (for example, environmental music that features the sound of waterfalls, rain or birdsong), incense and low lights are some the tools which help to create a conducive atmosphere.

Posture is very important in meditation. An easy posture to adopt consists of sitting cross-legged with both feet on the floor. The back should be straight but not tense and the stomach muscles relaxed. With the muscles of the lower back bearing the weight of the body and with the head, neck and trunk in line, the centre of gravity passes from the base of the spine right through the top of the head. The hands can either rest lightly on the knees or be held in the lap, either one on top of the other or clasped lightly.
